Pölöskefő – Reforestation – National Tree Planting Day 2026

You can come here even as a team; there are many tasks to do!

In Pölöskefő, Zala County, we have embarked on a large-scale project: according to our plan, we will plant a forest consisting of 32,000 individuals (trees and shrubs), with contributions from several companies and private individuals.
Due to the scale of the goal, we have planned the event to last two days; if you wish, you can plant with us on both days!

Date: February 28 – March 1, 2026, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

The goal is to plant 32,000 plants in the area, including acorn sowing; on these two days, we would like to launch 6,900 seedlings with your help.

Although we will have seedlings, tools, gloves, and the necessary equipment for planting, as well as plates, cups, snacks, and drinks, – if you have your own items and bring them (okay, we will fully take care of the tree seedlings!), the planting will go more smoothly. Don’t forget to bring some good homemade pálinka, cookies, and pastries!
