1% result: 4,091,000 HUF – Thank you!

It is a huge and very important piece of feedback for us that this year, from the 1% tax contribution, the 10 Million Trees Foundation received 4,091,000 HUF.

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to all 380 individuals who designated us as their beneficiary!

This number has significantly increased compared to last year’s 290 individuals.

It is thanks to them, to you, that since last year’s very first 1% donation from private individuals, our foundation has made significant progress in the ranking of civil organizations.

In terms of the amount granted, and in the sense that last year we were ranked 632nd, while this year, among a total of 22,809 civil organizations, we are already within the top 2%, occupying the 451st position.

The positive confirmation of all this is the most significant aspect for us: we feel that we are on the right path, doing important work for many, although, of course, the fact that we are growing with a substantial amount of funding is undeniably a significant help for our autumn planting efforts.

From the donations we received last year, we planted a 1% forest in Mátyásföld, which this exceptionally hot summer has put to a strong test.

Fortunately, we had reserves and set aside funds for replacing the drying plants. 

This year, we will be planting a 1% pasture forest in Bezeréd, continuing a project we started earlier.

Once again, thank you very much to everyone. We are steadfastly planting and nurturing!
